I am a queer Mexican, reconnecting Indígena with roots all over Arido + Mesoamerica. I am a bilingüe full-spectrum doula & childbirth educator, aspiring to be a traditional midwife/partera, advocating towards birth liberation for all.

Born & raised on Tongva + Kumiai territories, I am actively working towards my goal of being an autonomous uterus & birthcare provider for community.

My practice is centered in Traditional Mexican Medicine & ancestral post-partum teachings, taught to me by my mom, mi abuelita & mentors. I provide trauma informed care for everyone including queer, gender non-conforming, trans, non-binary & fat BIPOC relatives.

My dream is to be a licensed midwife + traditional partera. I want to travel my ancestral homelands of Veracruz & learn from elders the art of parterismo through Native herbs, temazcal practices & sobadas.
A space that resembles the womb. An homage to my paternal abuelita & her home - an adobe birthing center, specializing in ancestral birthcare through water birth, temazcal & warm fires. Co-existing on Tongva territory & serving the community.
Maiz. Calabaza. Frijol. Our three sisters. A milpa full of ancestral crops for post-partum care. Nourishment for birthing parent to aid in healthy lactation + microbiomes within. Food sovereignty is important for autonomous birthcare for ourselves & future generations!
